I work in our Diocese Prison Ministry. It is frustrating and disheartening to listen to team members who speak ignorant of Church teachings, or worse yet make statements that in some cases abortion is okay and contraception. A trained team member purchases Protestant monthly magazines, which do have good things in them, but why not obtain more Catholic tracts and catechetical works with easy to understand adult format for readers with poor skills? Another inviting a Baptist friend to minister with the team, yet she doesn't teach the friend what the Catholic Churches reasoning is, because she herself speaks ignorantly of them. Give us the intellectual and spiritual truths at Masses, for the laity and many priests of liberal seminary decades need this re-formation. Feed His lambs, feed His sheep, feed His sheep!!
