I feel we have at least three generations since Vatican II who have not been properly catechized, including myself. We need to be taught.

It will make a world of difference to me.

With the Holy Spirit as guide, comforter and counsellor I am sure the the author/s would provide further and clearer insights into the context ,relevance and meaning of God's word in today's world.

In other words give meaning to all of creations experience/s

Please consider publishing an Ordinary Sunday Catechetical Lectionary, it would be an invaluable resource to all Catholics and assure that we are being taught the truths of the church.

This would be such a blessed support to the parents of students being catechized in religious education.

I teach CCD. The kids I teach do not even know that Jesus is God, the Sign of the Cross, who Mary & Joseph are and much more. It is sad. Parents go to the "Bikini Coffee Drive Through" and the kids say that it is OK. They do not know about confession. I can go on and on. People come into church with Starbucks and I see people chewing gum going to Holy Communion. Why Not?

This sounds like the next best thing to every adult Roman Catholic going through the RCIA program.
An intiative well worth praying for. Thank you

I just heard about the "We Want to Be Taught" teaching ministry on our local Catholic television station this morning. How exciting! A group of 5 of us women in our parish having been working for the last 6 months+ to start Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration in our parish, and I can see how sharing your website with our parish could help quicken the infilling of the Holy Spirit and the much needed growth of unity in our community. I will post information about your wonderful website in our parish bulletin and pass the word on through our Eucharistic Adoration Ministry. God Bless You and keep up the good work to spread the true teachings of Jesus!
