Thank you for taking on this initiative - may this cause be embraced by the church as a whole! People don't know what they are missing...they will be thankful to know more about their faith once this takes hold...I pray their minds will be open to receive knowledge...and that it will move to their HEARTS, bearing much fruit for Him!

Renate Weining, St. Vincent de Paul, Charlotte, NC, USA

I fully agree that we need catechesis!

I heartily agree

This is a wonderfull idea and is what Supreme Knight, Carl Anderson asked the USCCB for in his address to our Bishops at their 2008 Bishops Conference.

My Priest is a very scholarly and learned man who delivers great homilies. He comments on the real issues of the day. Getting everyone in the Unversal Church on the same page however, is not a bad idea. There has been a real lack in catechesis for decades and many of us cannot defend our faith or know what we have in the Church. We need to stregthen every member of the Church so as to stand together. We are One Body.

I want to be taught in order to be better at spreading the Good News. I have been immersed in Catholicism all my life, through parents, school (as pupil and then teacher including RE) and as a parishioner and I still feel I'm only scratching the surface.

Hugh Kelliher, Our Lady of Lourdes, Harpenden, UK

Great idea! Much needed.

I support this.

Thanks. I think, if I'm understanding this correctly, it will be a great tool for the priest, especially those who are afraid of the backlash from the people when they mention life issue & life style issues. It may help to more boldly proclaim the gift that we have.
In Christ,
Seri Letak
