I am so exited to see this initiative , because the Church in modern time, particularly the western world is in dire need of re-evangelization , modernism is taking over the spiritual sense of the youths , and if something is done now and done fast, we might not see much fruits in the future, though the 3rd world is really the hope of the church for now and the future. I am from nigeria in west Africa, the catholic faith grows there at a great pace and the moment the mother church in nigeria are now sending priests beyond her shores on missionary work, but sadly here in spain where i live, the faith is suffering and heading to a disaster, what you now see are ancient medieval churches and cathedrals without faithfuls, they are rapidly turning them into tourist sites. the same story goes to virtually all of the european states. most sad is that in the west , the church is now .left for the old moms and dads , so if we do not catch them young, what happens to the church in the nearest future.
May God bless this noble initiative, and i am behind it and ready to contribute lots of catechetical experiences to the site.
God bless you all.

I am 86 years old. My mother knew the doctrine of the Church because she knew the penny catechism by heart. My grand children do not know the doctrine of the Faith so they don't want to go to Mass. The knowledge gap of recent years is enormous. Your solution is simple, elegant and cohesive. I am sure priests will be more enthusiastic about preparing there homilies with this systematic plan. There will be no more dodging of the difficult issues like contraception and abortion, subjects which I have never heard mentioned from the pulpit EVER in all my years as a faithful catholic.
I wii pray daily that your proposal will be taken up speedily.

Have just seen this idea discussed on EWTN and think it is a wonderful initiative . I am a convert who has been suprised and disappointed at catholics lack of knowledge about their faith.
