We should have been doing this a long time ago. I will keep this endeavor in my prayers!

I support this initiative, I always learn something new as I listen and read, often being able to put things together I never have before. Thank you.

I support this initiative; the Sunday Catechetical lectionary will provide great consistancy in the Church, and the people of God will once again be taught. The power of the pulpit will be restored, thus producing more saints for Holy Mother Church.

If implemented, this would absolutely help bring all Catholics in union wih one another, finally allowing the faithful to be truly catechized in the most obvious and important of forums, the Sunday mass. What an exciting opportunity for the Church! Many prayers and blessings to the Holy Father that he realizes the wisdom and merit in this initiative.

This uniform method of selecting Homilies would be a powerful tool in the teaching of catholic Doctrine from every pulpit around the world. It would also simplify and lessen the ambiguity, for the priest, as to what sermon he might preach on a given day. This system would give the Priest more time to meditate on his upcoming sermon and how he might relate it to areas of spiritual weakness in his parish so that his congregation might equally share in the oneness of Christ.

I believe this initiative will help all Catholics grow in their faith and in the teachings of the church taught by those who should be teaching them, the priests, and in the forum where the church unites to be fed by God. Will be praying for the Holy Spirit to guide us all in love and faith. Saint John Vianney, Pray for us!

I support this initiative! As a convert, I studied the Catechism in the beginning of my conversion, and it was key to obtaining my knowledge in our Catholic Faith. It makes perfect sense to bring this perfect text book, along with the Compendium, into the perfect classroom -- the Mass.

I support this initiative! It is long over due and if more Catholics were taught their faith there would be much less darkness in the world. People would know better how to avoid issues plaguing society today. These teachings of course have to be lived daily in family and work life.
