As a Catholic man, a father and a husband, and involved with Liturgy at our parish: I would very much like to see "We Want To Be Taught" become the normal practice during Ordinary Sundays of the calendar liturgical year.

I want to be taught

Some of the Catholic schools are no longer catechizing and haven't been doing so for at least 2 generations here in Australia. We really need to be taught Catholic truths. We hunger for solid food as we are no longer babies who just need milk (1Cor. 3:2).

It would be awesome to have a "Ordinary Sunday Catechetical Lectionary." It would really help the priests and the laity, we need to know our faith and the more we know the more we want to learn. Many people do not practice the teachings of the Chruch because for too long priests have not been preaching the truth.
