I fell in love with the Catechism while attending RCIA with my husband in his journey to the Catholic Church. As a "cradle catholic" I realized how much of my Catholic education I had been left out of and didn't clearly understand until we began our weekly study of the Catechism. I wanted to get up to the pulpit myself every Sunday and shout out to the rest of the parish that we all should be attending RCIA to discover this wonderful teaching tool!!! Praise to you Dear God, may your will be done!!

A good way to instruct people on their Catholic faith. Long overdue.

We have long been wanting the priests to bring forth the catechism in their teachings. Thank you so much.

My parish in the process reforming the Church and one of the mean by which we should consider in education. The members need to updated on the mass, they need to be call to account for their own failure to know their faith (catechism)and read the bible daily. They fail to attend lenten retreats and other activities that the Church holds from time to time. They then walk about and say that the Church is boring.

Jesus commanded us to go out and preach the Gospel! We cannot preach the Gospel if we don't know why and what we are doing. It is the Church through her Bishops and Priests that teach her parishioners what it is we believe in and why... Please do this thing... WE WANT TO BE TAUGHT!!!
God bless this country and the world...

Viewed EWTN program "Prime Time" this morning (4/15/13) and was so happy to hear of this development in our church. I am a "cradle" Catholic 83 years old and
realized after watching EWTN how little I really know about my faith. I purchased the Catechism when it became available but do not know where it is. I have not used it.
I will spend today looking for it. I hope to purchase the Compendium soon. All elementary and high school education I received was in Catholic schools. The priests and
nuns did the best they could. I feel that I received a better religious education than most students get today . However, I am most grateful for this program you have founded. You will be in my prayers and as I learn more, I hope to evangelize along with you.
