This is a great initiative! May the Lord our God bless it and guide it so that his Divine Will be done. Amen.

This is a great idea. As someone who struggled with the faith (and someone who still does on occasion), this is a great way to bring the fullness of Scriptural teaching and reality to the forefront while both explaining and reinforcing Catholic teachings.

We need to be taught so badly. The average Catholic knows so little and we usually get feel good sermons.

the catechetical lectionary sounds like wonderful idea. we do need to be reeducated in our faith so we can enter more fully into a renewed religious experience with Jesus.

I sat next to you at a recent Walking With Purpose luncheon/talk! I am so excited for this initiative! It is long overdue. I always say we are like "sheep" who need shepherds to teach us the Faith! I know we can study on our own; HOWEVER, it is very imperative that our priests, bishops, and deacons teach us from the pulpit. Prayers and asking for the gracious blessings from our Almighty Father for you all! -Ruthie

It is important that we have a Sunday Catechetical Lectionary. It will help us to know more about our faith and to have those who are searching find their faith. We do not know our faith as Catholic and cannot respond when we are being asked a question by the Protestant.

Marie DiNapoli, Sacred Heart Parish, Suffern, New York, 10901, USA

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your initiative.
So many of my fellow parishioners are confused about the teaching of the faith. As a consequence they are missing out on the power
of the Sacraments.
Truly we are not in communion and I feel like an outsider in my own parish. I want my Catholic family to truly be one with Christ.

God Bless you.
